The APC is applicable only after the manuscript has been successfully peer-reviewed and accepted for publication. There are no charges for submission or initial manuscript processing.

Payment Terms
The APC is payable only after final acceptance of the manuscript. Authors will receive payment instructions from the editorial office. Publication will proceed once the payment has been confirmed.
Withdrawal Policy
Authors may withdraw their manuscript at any stage before acceptance without any charges. However, if a manuscript is withdrawn after completion of peer review and production processes (including copyediting and formatting), a withdrawal fee of 150 USD may be applicable to cover processing costs.
